1 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1–2 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)
Optional but recommended

½ tsp onion powder

A dash of cayenne or chili powder (tiny kick)
Instructions

Dump everything in a bowl.

Whisk until smooth.

Add water a little at a time until it’s pourable.

Taste → adjust (more sugar = sweeter, more paprika = smokier).
Pro tip: Let it sit in the fridge 30–60 minutes if you can. It gets better as it chills.
