Fresh Salsa (Best one I’ve found!)
1.5 pounds fresh tomatoes (ripe as possible, not “bad”). Core and remove the seeds so its just the meat of the tomato.
3-4 cloves of garlic fresh
1 green onion
1/2 – 3/4 white or yellow onion
Handful of fresh cilantro
pinch of sugar (or a smidge, whichever you prefer)
pinch of salt (or a smidge, whichever you prefer)
pinch of ground cumin (or a smidge, whichever you prefer)
1 – 2 jalapenos, de-veined, seeds removed (start with one, add more if more heat desired)
Cut all the ingredients into smaller pieces and place in food processor. Chop them up until the desired consistency. DON’T OVER PROCESS!
Put in container in the refrigerator over night to let the flavors blend and come together
