We made this tonight. Super easy!!!
INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounce can of refried beans
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 package of Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 – 6 ounces FRESH Pico de Gallo
- 6 – 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
PREPARATION
- Using a glass baking dish, we used a 10 inch glass pie pan, spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
- Mix 16 ouches of sour cream and package of taco seasoning in a separate bowl until well blended. Spread on top of the refried beans.
- Spread a layer of sliced olives, Pico de Gallo and shredded cheese on top of the sour cream.
- Spread chopped onions on top of layer of cheese.
NOTE: Serve immediately OR chill of a couple hours to firm up the beans and sour cream.
Serve with tortilla chips.
